• If some or all contents cannot be returned due to a safety issue, note this on the FXE Exception Return label (return empty box if necessary)
✓ Apply status code 39“Damage”
✓ Apply status Code 95 “Transfer Custodial Control” with reason “FXG to FXE”
✓ Place on express pallet
