One-on-one supervision: Most restrictive, must be w/in five feet of staff at all times, 100% sight and sound at all times, can only be taken off by PD or mental health professional
Constant: Continuous uninterrupted sight & sound, can only be taken off by PD or MH professional
Close Observation: Visual checks every five minutes, can only be taken off by PD or MH professional
All suicide thoughts, threats, ideations, and gestures must be called in.
Bonus: Beginning & end of course, following failure, after loss of power struggle, pre-/during/post-solo, illness, physical stress, inclement weather, family correspondence, not allowed to quit
