A single view of a Member's chart designed for Case Management that provides details on the profile, eligibility, benefits, medication, program referrals, tasks and call history.
What is Integrated Experience or Member Summary?
Automated checks for items such as eligibility, provider selection, duplicate cases, member (OON benefits, COB) and medical necessity (contract type and medical necessity indicators)
