If you have to reset the bucket once and it goes out again, can you reset the elevator leg again?
No. Get maintenance involved.
If after a confined space has been entered and a hazard that was unaccounted found, what shall occur?
All entrants must immediately exit and reassessment be completed for mitigation /elimination process before going back in. Another permit may need to be filled out to account for the new hazard.
What would the process be if mixer leg shows it is plugged.
Check the routing devices. Tap on the pipes
If those are clear. Lock out the mixer surge conveyor and mixing leg.
Completed a non-permit required confined space document to show air is good and communicate with team member you are going into the pit.
Open the boot to check and see if anything is lodged.
