What story about carpet did Michelle D. Craig tell. Why did she tell that story?

Her parents decided to re-carpet the house. Her sister was asleep when they removed the furniture and carpet from her room. Her brothers wrote a note and tacked it to the wall: “Dear Emily, we moved. We’ll write in a few days and tell you where we are. Love, your family.” When she woke up she was crushed and just sat there.

We should act in faith, like she could have opened the door, we can act with faith and know that Jesus Christ is there and loves us.

Gary E. Stevenson shared a story about a young man in an elevator at a leadership conference. What was his story and what can we learn from it?

He was the only one from Utah, which was indicated on his name tag. People asked him if he was Mormon and if he really believed that stuff about angels. He simply said he knew that Joseph Smith was a prophet. One of the kids in the elevator wanted to know more and eventually had the missionaries teach him. We should be bold in bearing our testimony.
