A: Because single sessions are $40-50. To get a good base tan, you must tan consistently, or 2-5 sessions. Our memberships are cheaper than purchasing 2 single sessions & gives our clients more access to use other services!

A: The Unity is electromagnetic and sprays with an electrical charge to attach that spray evenly everywhere! There's only 2 easy positions with a clear & bronze solution but 12 color options and an added Balancer, Scent, and Wellfit options if desired! The VersaPro has 4 different positions with a clear & bronze solution with 3 color options, light, medium, and dark, and options to add double legs or our Wellfit skincare solutions! Q: What does payment look like when signing up on a new membership?
A: The client would pay the $29 sign up fee + the total price of their membership on that day, and then their next payment would pull automatically from their card on the 1st of the next month for the prorated amount (depending on what day they signed up) + the $30 annual facility fee.
Q: What is the age requirement to tan in ID/WA?
A: ID: 14 years old with parent permission

Q: What's the difference between an accelerator, natural bronzer, and DHA tanning lotions?
A: Accelerators have no added bronzers but will still hydrate and tan your skin. These lotions will accelerate your natural skin tone and pull that color out rather than add anything to it. Great for use at home and all day! Natural Bronzers have natural ingredients like, cocoa beans, coffee, walnut, caramel, etc to naturally give your skin a little extra color. They provide immediate results without any staining, similar to makeup! DHA bronzers are lotions with dihydroxyacetone, which is a sugar based ingredient that reacts with your skins proteins to produce a delayed bronze color. It stains your skin in the same way a spray tan will. They will continue to develop darker the longer you leave it on.

Q: Is it best to use the Skin Hydration before or after a tanning session?
A: Both! Prior to tanning, the hydration will prepare the skin for UV light, allowing for increased absorption of the lotion applied as well as better penetration of UV light which will get you a better, deeper tan! After a tanning session, the hydration will help prolong tanning results and protect the color by replenishing moisture in the skin.

Q: What is the pitch for our Ultimate Wellness membership and what is every perk that it comes with?
A: Our Wellness club gives you access to everything in the salon, all day, every day! You can come in and use multiple services once per day and relax! It's $149.95+tax per month which will essentially pay for itself if you come in at least 4-5 times a month rather than paying $40 for every service you use. We have clients who come 2-3 times a week and clients who come every single day! We actually waive our sign up fee and pay tan tax for clients on this membership to highlight the value in it! You get 1 Level Up service per month along along with getting 50% off additional Level Up services.
Q: Roleplay with Madi, your client, who wants to go 10 minutes in the Alpha as a skin type 2 who hasn't tanned in a bed since the end of July at full time in the Alpha and says she's been tanning outside.
A: Yeah I get that, I value the full time as well! Since it's been so long since you've tanned with us, we do have to bump you down a couple minutes to avoid overexposure! We're all SmartTan certified to ensure you don't burn as that's what causes the most harm to your skin and burns are not fun. The outside sun is must different than a controlled environment. With that being said, as a skin type 2 and the fact that you have a great base tan, we can do 6 minutes in the Alpha today rather than the starting 5 or the full 12 minutes in the Sun Angel. Which do you prefer?
Q: What are the benefits of the 4 minimums: a tanning lotion, face lotion, tan extender, and goggles?
A: Naturally, your skin will reflect UV light to prevent overexposure but tanning lotion helps you absorb it within 30 seconds from Tyrosine which is a non-essential amino acid in all of our tanning lotions. Usually it'll take about 7-10 minutes for your skin to start developing melanin but with lotion it only takes a few seconds! Rather than the UV rays pulling moisture from your skin which can cause wrinkles, sun spots, etc, the UV rays pull moisture from your lotion helping maintain your skins youth. Our face lotions also contain Tyrosine to help your face tan and keep those facial pores moisturized! They're hypoallergenic and noncomedogenic meaning they won't break you out or clog pores. Our tan extenders are specifically formulated for clients to tan and spray tan to maintain the life of your tan by being aloe based which means they'll provide more moisture than a water based lotion and prevent that top layer of skin from shedding as quickly as that causes your tan to fade! Keep your skin smooth and stay tan for longer with a tan extender! Goggles are super important because your eyelids are too thin to block UV light. The FDA requires salons to ensure their clients have them to prevent any eye damage such as the loss of night vision.
Q: What are the benefits and features of our new LED bed?
A: The LED allows for a completely customizable experience where you can adjust the UVA, UVB, and rd light! It has all LED lights, different from the bulbs in the other beds, which well help the UV rays penetrate deeper into your skin allowing for a longer lasting, natural tan. The red light therapy will also aid in providing a deeper tan and increase collagen production in your skin. It's super comfortable with fans, misters, bluetooth connection, and options to choose a destination that'll adjust your bed intensity!
