What are the benefits of using a reusable swim diaper?
They have a tighter seal as they don't stretch as much when they get wet. The snaps on the side that make it easier to put on a baby. Can be washed. Cute patterns!

If their lessons have already started or are within 24 hours of starting.

Clean view room (kid's table, organize toys/books, wipe down benches), clean view room bathroom, wipe down front desk, plug in iPads, close till, put deposit in safe, print out schedules for the next day, lock doors, garbages, etc.
When is the last day someone can request a refund?
2 weeks prior to their session start date
How is a past unpaid invoice noted when someone enrolls and what do we do in the case that we see it?
Black flag at the top of the enrollment screen, call to let them know we need to receive payment for a past unpaid invoice before enrolling them into the new quarter.

Broken bone, School starting (morning classes in Summer), Pool closure, Customer service, etc.
What is the process of enrolling a student that has a gift card attached to the enrollment?
Look up the balance of the gift card. Ring out Foss Lessons into Lightspeed for the amount that is on the gift card. I will have to add a custom credit to the their family account before processing the remainder of the tuition to the credit card. Hold in OM Review with notes and transaction number.
Scenario. In the same family 1 swimmer is enrolling in a camp and 1 swimmer is enrolling in a Once a Week lesson. What should their swimmer rates be?
Camp rate $29/lesson, second swimmer rate for the once a week class ($27/lesson)
Around what week will Fall enrollment close?

If someone wants to sign up for Private lessons, what information do you give them?
First mention small class sizes (in case they're wanting to avoid large classes), go over cost (special needs and semi-private rate) and length of session (must be a full session), tell them how to find private lessons on their account, if looking for classes that don't line up with something we offer, take a paper form of availability and tell them we will put them on the waitlist.
