How do you ungroup items?
1. Inside the master order guide, locate the item and select the “Ungroup” option (Must have at least 2 items)
2. Check item boxes
3. Select the “Move Selected” option
4. Once ungrouped, select the “Next” button (You will proceed to confirm changes on all new groups if more than 1). All items from the group on the left-side will not require any further details.
5. Edit the item Group Name
6. Choose the Selection Rule:

How to update Opsite & Coverage?
1. Inside an order guide, locate item and select the “Edit” option
2. Check current OpSite coverage by selecting the left-side arrow
3. Select the “OpSites & Coverage” section
4. Scroll down to view the OpSites and their coverage. Then, select the symbol next to the OpSite (Ex: Check sign)
5. Select a new action for the OpSite coverage on the item (Ex: Exclude this product)
6. Confirm changes have been completed
7. Select the “Save Master Item” option
8. Confirm update has been completed successfully

How do you do a mass upload?
1. Select the "Mass Upload" option inside the Customer Site
2. Select the “Download Template" option
3. Open the downloaded excel template
4. Fill out the required details on the template for each item (Master Order Guide Name, Master Item Name, SUPC), and the SUPC Description
5. Considering the following format and notes for the required and important columns (A-D)
6. Once completed, save the mass upload file
7. “Drag & Drop” saved file or choose saved file
8. Once loaded, select the “Upload option
9. Confirm the mass upload has been initiated (Head over to the “Reports” tab to review the results)
10. Once complete, under the “Generated Reports” tab, locate the “Mass Import” report, and select the “Download” option to review the results
11. Once downloaded, open the file
12. Review for errors inside the file
13. Confirm item was added by select the “Master Order Guides” tab, and selecting the “Items” option on the master order guide (Ex: Proof of Pudding)
14. Locate the added master item (Ex: Test Item #1 – 1111111)
