Troubleshooting Steps: 

One Healthcare ID or email is incorrect

- User can use the Self-Service Option (SSO) to retrieve the correct OHID by clicking “Forgot OneHealthCareID”.

- Agent could also send the correct OHID through email and ask the user to read it back.

Troubleshooting Steps: Failed login attempt in OneHealthCareID Admin Tool (OHCAT)

The One Healthcare ID or password that you entered is incorrect.

Send a password reset link or ask the caller to click “Forgot Password”.

Registration: Email is already in use error

- User should use a different email address.

- User can retrieve the existing OHID by clicking Forgot OneHealthCareID

User entered an incorrect OHID or password.

If the correct OHID was entered, you may ask the user to use a different browser, or Incognito, or delete the browsing history.

Inactive One HealthCare ID error

- Ask the user to create a new OHID instead

- Check the email address provided if there is another OHID registered. If so, ask the user to sign in using the other OHID.

Troubleshooting Steps: 

Registration: There are errors on the form that must be corrected before you can continue.

- Ask the user to check if all the required fields are entered

- Ask the user to check if the criteria for OHID was met

- If all details were entered correctly and still prompted with the error, user should try a different browser, or use Incognito/InPrivate browser, or delete the browsing history.

- If it’s still not working, ask the user if they are connected to their facility or company’s network or VPN. If so, advice to use a different device

Transaction Process: Password Reset

Account Holder

  • Do basic search using either the One HealthCare ID or the email address
  • Ask them to do SSO
  • If account information matched and fully verified, proceed in assisting the caller.
