This Standard states that CDMC (Sr) will review all calendars to ensure each one reflects community events, special programs, seasonal activities, and MSL Master Series Programs. CDCM (Sr) will provide feedback as needed and will give approval to the MCD/MCC to formally submit the calendar to Connected Living

What is Monthly Calendar completed and Submitted to the Corporate Director of Memory Care and Programming (Sr) by the 15th of the month for the upcoming month. Once CDCM (Sr) gives approval, the calendar to be submitted to Connected Living by the 20th of the month.

This standard is To keep families informed on how their loved one is doing at MSL, Provide the monthly newsletter and calendar to keep families informed of the day to day program offerings. To provide pictures of their loved one participating in programs of interest to share their joyful moments with the families.

What is Frequent Communication with families occurring including sending calendar, newsletter, pictures, emails, and phone calls; providing positive reassuring communication (e.g. emails, phone calls, Facetime)?
