Cultural Competency
This umbrella term encompasses the social behavior and norms found in human societies, as well as the knowledge, beliefs, arts, laws, customs, capabilities, and habits of the individuals in these groups.

Prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.

A special right, advantage, or immunity granted or available only to a particular person or group
