Daniel in the lions den

Daniel 6

The King loved Daniel. The king's wise man didn't like that the king liked Daniel more than them. The wise man knew that Daniel was praying to God, and they tricked the king into making a law that whoever prayed to God would be thrown into the lion's den. Daniel prayed anyway, was caught praying, and the king had to follow his law and threw him into the lion's den. He realized what he had done. He fasted and prayed all night that Daniel would be saved. The next morning, the king found Daniel in the lion's den safe and sound. Daniel said that an angel came and shut the lions' mouths.

Moses-the passover 

The Pharaoh would not let the Israelites go free. The Lord told Moses that he would send one last plague. The firstborn child of every family in the land of Egypt would die, even the firstborn of their animals. The Lord promised that if the Israelites would follow his instructions and paint their doorframes with lamb's blood the plague would pass over them and not hurt them. Likes the Lord warned the plague came and all the first born in Egypt died, including the Pharaoh's son. Pharaoh freed Moses and the Israelites but was angry and gathered his arms and chariots and chased after them. The Israelites made it to the Red Sea when Pharaohs army caught up to them, the Israelites saw the Egyptians coming and were scared. Moses had to comfort them and tell them that the Lord would protect them. The Egyptians got closer, the Lord told Moses to lift up his rod. Moses did, and the Lord parted the sea. The Israelites crossed on dry ground. The pursuing Egyptian army chased after them and once the Israelites had made it to the other side, the lord let the water come back down and drowned the Egyptian army

David and Goliath

1 Samuel 17

everyday Goliath would challenge the Israelites' army. Goliath was the Philistines' strongest and biggest man. One day, David was taking food to his brothers. David was just a shepherd boy. he asked why no one would fight Goliath. The army got mad at David. David went to the king and told I will fight Goliath. the lord helped keep David safe from a bear and a lion going after his sheep. David knew that the lord would save him from Goliath, too. David got 5 stones, and without armor he defeated Goliath with one shot from his sling.

Adam and Eve In the Garden of Eden

Genesis 2-3

Adam and Eve were the first people on the earth. They lived in the Garden of Eden. They had everything that they needed. Heavenly Father and Jesus come down and talk with them. They had told Adam and Eve not to eat any of the fruit from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Stan came to earth and lied that it would let them know good from evil, and they would not die. Eve partook of the fruit, and so did Adam. They were cast out of the garden.

Ten Commandments 

The Lord told Moses to make a serpent out of brass and attach it to a pole. When the people were bitten and looked at the brass serpent, the Lord saved them. The Lord helped the Israelites to be humble and trust in Him. The Israelites came to the base of Mount Sinai, and the Lord caused a cloud of smoke to surround the mountain. The Lord was in the cloud. He spoke to the Israelites and gave them commandments. The mountain shook as He talked. The Israelites were afraid. Moses took Aaron and 70 Israelite elders to the mountain to receive more of the Lord’s teachings. The Lord appeared to them. Then the Lord told Moses to leave the elders and go even higher up the mountain. Moses obeyed. The Lord used His finger to write His law and commandments on stone tablets. For 40 days, the Lord taught Moses many things. the people got tired of waiting for Moses and they started to make idols and pray to them. Moses destroyed the idols and the people destroyed the tablet of the 10 commandments. Moses went up to the mountain again and asked the lord for new ones.

Samson and Delilah

judges 16

The Gazites did not like Samson. They made up a plan to wait until he had fallen asleep at midnight, and then they were going to kill him. But Samson got up at midnight before they came, and he locked the doors. He loved a woman in the valley of Sorek, whose name was Delilah. The lords of the Philistines came up unto her, and said unto her, Entice him, and see wherein his great strength lieth. And they said that they would give her silver for it. She said Samson, where does your strength lie and he told her it was in his hair and then she had them come and shave his hair. They then tied him up. Samson then said to the lord to give him strength one more time, and they took the wicked city down with the lords strength.

Noah's Arch 

genesis 6-9

Noah's family obeyed the lord. The people were wicked. The Lord told Noah that there was going to be a flood that would cover the earth if the people didn't repent. Noah went and taught the people about the lord and would ask them to repent. They didn't listen to Noah. the lord told Noah to build a large ship. The ark would keep his family safe. The people made fun of Noah for building an ark. Noah's family brought food on the ark. the lord had 2 of every kind of animal on the ark. It had rained for 40 days and nights. It covered the earth. Noah and his family were saved because they listened to the lord.

Moses and the brass serpent

The Lord sent serpents to help them be humble and remember Him. The serpents bit the people, and many of the people died. Soon the people repented. They asked Moses to pray that the Lord would make the serpents go away. The Lord did not take the serpents away. But He did make a way for the people to be saved if they were bitten. The Lord told Moses to make a serpent out of brass and attach it to a pole. When the people were bitten and looked at the brass serpent, the Lord saved them. The Lord helped the Israelites to be humble and trust in Him.

Queen Esther 

Esther 

Esther was a jew, and her parents died and went to live with her cousin. She was invited to the king's palace. The king chose Esther as his Queen. 

The King has a servant named Haman. He was power hungry. He wanted people to follow him and bow down to him. the jews would not bow to him; they would only bow to the lord. Haman was angry. He tricked the king into making a law to kill all the jews. 

Esther was informed by one of the jews that she should go before the king to tell him to save the jews. Esther was scared to go before the king because she thought that he would kill her, but she went before the king and the king listened to Esther, and the jews were saved

Jonah and the whale

Jonah 1-4

Jonah was a Prophet. The Lord told him to warn the people in Nineveh that their city would be destroyed if they did not repent. The people of Nineveh happened to be enemies of Jonah's people the Israelites. For that reason, he did not want them to be saved, so he hopped on a ship to sail away. Their ship was caught up in a great storm and the men on the ship being afraid asked Jonah if he would pray to the lord to save them. Jonah knew that the Lord had sent the storm because he was running away from teaching his enemies so Jonah told the men on board to throw him over and the storm would stop. They ended up throwing him off the ship and he was swallowed by a great fish, he was in the belly for three days and three nights. He finally repented and the fish spat him out onto dry land, the Lord again told Jonah to preach to people of Nineveh and he obeyed and the people repented.

Moses and the burning bush

Exodus 2–3

Moses saw that the Egyptians were mean to the Israelites. One day Moses saw an Egyptian hitting an Israelite. To defend the Israelite, Moses killed the Egyptian.When Pharaoh found out, he wanted to kill Moses, but Moses ran away from Egypt.Moses came to a place called Midian, where he met a woman named Zipporah. They got married and had children. While living in Midian, Moses saw a bush that was on fire, but the fire did not burn up the bush. The Lord appeared in the fire and spoke to Moses. The Lord said He knew the Israelites were suffering in Egypt. He commanded Moses to return to Egypt and to tell Pharaoh to let the Israelites go free. The Lord said He would help Moses free the Israelites and lead them to a promised land.

Elisha and the Lords Army

2 kings 6

The Syrians did not like the Israelites. The Syrian king sent his army to capture Elisha the prophet. At night , the army surrounded the city where Elisha was. Elishas young servant boy woke up to find they were surrounded by the Serian Army. He asked Elisha what they should do. He told the servant boy not to worry and that the army fighting for them was much greater. Elisha asked the Lord to show the young man what he was. The Lord showed him a heavenly Army with horses and chariots of fire to protect them. The Syrian Army was blinded by the power of God and they didn't mess with the Israelites anymore.

Enoch the prophet 

Moses 6-7

The people didn't like Enoch. Enoch thought that he couldn't speak well, but the lord helped him and kept him safe. The lord's promise gave Enoch courage, and he taught the people, baptized them, and helped the poor. The people were called Zion because they lived together in love and righteousness. the lord showed Enoch a vision of what would happen on the earth. He saw the life and death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. he also saw the 2nd coming. the lord took them to live with him.

the ten plagues and exodus

Exodus 4–5; 7–12

Moses and his brother Aaron went to Pharaoh and asked him to let the Israelites be free and leave Egypt. Pharaoh was angry and refused. He forced the Israelites to work even harder. Because Pharaoh did not listen to the Lord, the Egyptians were cursed with terrible plagues. First, all the water in Egypt turned into blood. Moses asked Pharaoh again to let the Israelites go, but Pharaoh said no. Next, the Lord sent frogs to Egypt. They were everywhere. Pharaoh said he would let the Israelites go if the frogs went away. The Lord made the frogs go away, but Pharaoh didn’t let the Israelites go. Then the Lord sent lice and flies. Next, all of the Egyptians’ farm animals died, but none of the Israelites’ animals died. Then the Egyptians got painful sores on their bodies. A great storm with hail and fire also came to Egypt. This caused terrible destruction. Pharaoh still would not let the Israelites go. Then the Lord sent locusts, and they ate all the people’s food. Then there were three days of darkness. During many of the plagues, Pharaoh promised to let the Israelites go if the plagues would stop, but he lied every time. After nine different plagues, Pharaoh still would not let the Israelites go. The Lord told Moses that another terrible plague would come. The Lord guided and protected the Israelites as they waited for their freedom.

Gideon frees Israel 

judes 6-7 

The people forgot the lord and were prideful, so the lord let their enemies take their food and animals. which left them starving. the lord sent an angel down to Gideon to help free Israel. He destroyed the idols that they were worshiping. The people didn't like it, but Gideon was saved because he listened to the lord. the lord showed Gideon how to defeat their enemies at night and using lamps and trumpets to scare them. 300 Israelites defeat 135000 enemies with God's help.
