Decline. we are not allowed to onboard this kind of business because it violates social media's terms and conditions and has a very high risk to be fraudulent
What do you do if you find:
1. merchant is a self serve individual who is selling streetfood
2. KYC status is PASSED
3. Account status is AWAITING_SIGN
4. Service agreement is PKS and not signed yet
5. when you check on slack, CS said merchant has reached out to ask why account is not live yet
1. check employee count on 'leads' and see if it's above 100
2. ask CS to ask merchant about their employee number
3. if it's confirmed that merchant doesn't have that many employees, change the employee counts to be less than 100
4. change the service agreement to be e-consent
5. ask CS to ask merchant to sign the e-consent
6. go live without cards once e-consent is signed
