Problem with flow sensor, wrong signal (electrical problem) or
pump broken, cooling unit blocked, air bubbles, etc...
Most commonly this is fixed by adding coolant and purging air bubbles from the system.
other things to check is if it happening on both ports? is it specific to one handpiece or port?

please describe the filling process
Filling procedure:
• Switch OFF the unit.
• Connect the free end of the blue tube into the filling bottle
• Fill the bottle of the filling set up to about two-thirds with coolant
(BC4)
• At the rear side you will find the filling and venting port
• Have one extra empty bottle available for collecting the out
flowing coolant. Connect the transparent tube to the ventilation port and
put it into that extra empty bottle.
• Connect the CPC-connector from the blue tube to the filling
port at the unit by pushing it until it snaps in.
• Open the red cap of the bottle to start the filling process.
• The coolant must be carefully filled until no more air bubbles
come back out of the venting port, but coolant only.
• Disconnect the blue tube from the device by unlocking the CPCconnector
(= press the quick release).
• Switch ON the unit to check whether the message to refill the
coolant is still displayed.
• If it is no longer displayed, the process is complete.

What are the ways to fire?
at launch the only way to fire will be with the wired foot pedal, as there are no triggers on the handpieces, and the wireless foot pedal will not be available at launch

this is not a hard error. This msg is more of a warning, it calls out that it has been 365 days since the last time the unit was serviced.
Maintenance information can be found in the service mode -> General
Enter again the service software -> General -> Std Ini.

What is a good way to test to see if the handpiece is firing?
the flash's of the handpiece are invisible and cannot be seen by the naked eye. if the user is doubting there is no energy being passed, you can have them look through their cell phone camera and test fire down and away and see if you can see the flashes on the camera app.
what can be used for coolant?
Only use coolant BC4 for filling!
BC4 is a ready to use liquid and must NOT be mixed with other fluids.

how must the unit be transported.
unit must be transported standing up due to refrigerant used in cooling system. If unit is tipped over to laid on its side, it has to be turned right side up and left to settle for 12 hours or more
there is a lot of information that can be obtained in the service menu, but what 2 handpiece diagnostic information is located in the "laser menu"
the flow rates and TEC (cooling) information can be tested and obtained from this screen. This information is very helpful with troubleshooting with a field engineer.
