Can food be delivered to our guest's stateroom?
No. They can plate food for themselves in the lounge and bring that plate to their room, but it will not be delivered.
Is a reservation required to use the pickleball court?
Yes, and they are 30-minute reservation sessions.
Is there a Sip and Sail on the Mekong?
No.
Are our bikes electric?
No as electric bicycles dramatically increase the risk for accidents and injury.
Can guests make changes to shore excursions once onboard?
Yes, they can, for the most part. *Special interest tours cannot be guaranteed onboard as they are capacity controlled*
Can guests get seconds / multiples of any of our courses during mealtimes?
Yes, they can.
Are reservations required to eat at Jimmy's Restaurant and the Al Fresco Restaurant?
Yes, reservations required for both and can be made with reception.
Is wine included all day long on the Mekong?
No, only during lunch and dinner.
What brand of bikes do we use?
Gazelle.
What are some of the main differences between gentle and regular excursions?
Gentle walker excursions often will drive to a location rather than walk through the city to arrive at said destination. They will also walk at a slower pace and take frequent breaks. If possible, they will avoid staircases and uneven treks, but this is not always possible in Europe. They see the main highlights of the city vs. the smaller intricate details.
Is the dining room open for service at all times?
No, but the lounge will have snacks in between mealtimes.
Is there a cinema onboard the AmaMagna?
Yes.
What are the drink inclusions for the Mekong throughout the day (not just limited to mealtimes)?
Complimentary local beer, house-brand spirits and soft drinks all day long! (Hence why we don't offer the Sip and Sail on the Mekong).
Can guests borrow a bike independently and ride it through the city without doing our bike tour?
Yes.

Can guests register for bike excursions ahead of time via the check in?
Yes. *Limited to two bike tours ahead of time, but can register onboard if there's available space*
Can guests attend the Chef's Table more than once?
Yes, as long as everyone else onboard has the opportunity to attend.
Do guests have to bring their own pickleball equipment?
No, we provide all equipment necessary!
If a guest has a concern about their sleep being disturbed if booking a cabin near the engine, what can you say in response?
The ship drops anchor at 9 pm every night, so there will be no engine noise affecting any sleep!
Do we have children's bikes aboard all ships?
We have at least two on any ship that offers bike tours. (More children's bikes are available on the AmaMagna)
