This is what SOP stands for

Standard Operating Procedure

100

This tile is how we find what product needs to be on our floor

What is Refill?

100

Assembly line processing is _____.

What is an arrangement of educators during inventory processing in which each educator is assigned a specific task. Each unit is passed between educators until inventory is complete.

100

When pulling align pants from the pant wall in the backroom, you should use ____ hands.

What is two hands?

Bonus point if you can share why you should use two hands.

100

These lead to 18% of employee related incidents at lululemon.

What are slips, trips, and falls?

200

This is the first place to check when you have a question about SOPs.

What is Identify?

200

These are the three main roles in inventory processing.

What are the opener (physically opens the boxes and bags), sorter (pulls from the openers pile and sorts into hung vs. folded), and runner (hangs product and puts away folded and hung product).

200

This is the direction product tags face when they are folded on high shelves.

What is upside down?

200

There is an overflow of boxes and product stored in the stairwell. One of our educators is carrying product to the floor, limiting their vision. As our educator maneuvers down the stairwell, their foot gets caught on a box causing them to fall.

Store items away from stairwells, do not block your view when carrying large objects (ask for help!), and slow down while walking through uneven surfaces.

300

When technology is not working properly, this is your first action.

Turn it off and on

This is the app we use to transfer Ship From Store orders out of sellable inventory

What is Pick Pack and Ship (PPS)
300

True or false: the sorter should push their items to the runner once they have sorted them.

False. Assembly Line processing uses the "pull" method, to avoid bottlenecks. Each member of the assembly line pulls their product from the member ahead of them in the assembly line.
300

This is the order of colors each style should be organized by in the back of house

What is White, ROYGBIV, Black

300

An educator is processing refill in the back of house. As they go to grab a Scuba hoodie on the top shelf, piles of product come falling down directly on the educator.

Organize work and storage areas so all materials are safely accessible and use a ladder when reaching for items above your head

Scenario: Your RFID wand is not moving product to the floor after you pulled refill. You turned the wand off and on and restarted the iPhone and it is still not operating properly, this is what you do next.

View the trouble shooting guide in the SOP binder to see if it is a common problem that is easily fixed. If you do not find your answer, submit a ServiceNow ticket.

400

Scenario: There are 30 items on refill. Your Floor Leader sends you to the backroom to pull refill while the floor is covered. After you gather all 30 units, what do you do next to complete the refill process?

1. Prep items for the floor (hang, fold, etc.)

2. Physically walk to the floor with the wand.

3. Select the "move" tile and move items to the floor

Bonus: 4. Put the items away

400

Scenario: You are scheduled as a runner for an inventory processing shift. You have just put away your last unit, and you have 20 minutes left of your shift. what do you do?

Pull refill

400

Scenario: You are assigned the runner task during inventory processing. These are the three things you make sure to do when putting away product.

1. Product is put away neatly 2. The RFID tag is sticking out of folded product and on the outside of hanging product 3. New product homes are labeled

400

It's a busy Saturday in the fitting rooms and a guest is trying on a jacket with a safety pinned tag. When removing the garment, the tag and pin fall on the ground. The next guest heads into the fitting room to try on pants and steps directly on the pin when taking their shoes off.

Visually inspect each room after use, check the clothing after try ons for sensors and tags, and sweep the room if necessary after the guest.

This is where you can find the most up-to-date SOPs, holding even more information than the wonderful, beautiful, user friendly binder that Megan made.

These are the three protected sublocations that will not be added to sellable inventory during a move and/or inventory count

What are hemming, shipping, and damages

500

Assembly line processing is important for many reasons. These are three of them.

What is Efficiency, Time, and Agility?

500
Folded product should be this many inches in length to fit the depth of the bay

What is 15 inches?

500

An educator quickly heads to the backroom to grab product for a guest. Upon opening the door, they trip over empty boxes, bags of trash, and opened ladders, causing a serious injury.

Break down all boxes after receiving shifts, throw away all medium and small sized boxes when taking out the trash (keep large boxes for consol and pullback), and close ladders when done using them.
