How do you shut down a video call that has ended using the IPad system in 28A?
To shut down the system touch the “Shut Down” icon at the top of the IPad screen. It will prompt you to make sure you want to shut down. If you do, press the “green check mark” icon. In rooms where there are ceiling mounted screens and projectors, the screen will automatically lift and the projector will start to cool down. Once the projector has cooled down the lift will rise to return it to the ceiling.
What do you do if it is after 7 am and the ceiling lights are not on in the reception area
Press the two switches on the white wall, closest to the window, behind reception desk.

Pens and paper are in the storage closet next to the kitchen on the 28th floor (across from 28H-office side). Not sure where the rest of the items are besides the Advil and Tylenol.
What is the difference between an LCD projector and a Video conferencing unit?
The LCD projectors are for pushing local presentations through a laptop onto the screen.
These cannot be seen by other locations. A video conferencing unit can dial out to other locations through Zoom or Latham’s VC bridge.

If a client meeting starts before 8 am, what is the procedure?
Reach out to Lauren/Meri Sue to unlock the elevators and make sure reception is staffed earlier.

On each floor in one of the copy rooms (west side on all floors except for 26)
In order to see the department templates in Service Now and in order to create new templates, what must be turned on?
The toggle template bar must be turned on.

If you need to call and find out where the delivery driver is for a catering delivery, where do you find this information?
Open the reservation and look at the catering notes. The catering company and phone information will be in the notes.
What supplies are provided in the shower rooms and where are the additional shower supplies stored?
Soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, wash cloths, blow dryers and curling irons
