What is Alerts, Tasks and Recent.
These three sections fall under Communications in ICON.
What is History, Preferences and Complaints?
This section of ICON is where you can view the Order Tracker.
What is Order History?
This tab displays information regarding physician interaction, prescriptions, clinical notes, medical policy review and logbooks.
What is Medical Documentation?
Alerts can refer to these two items in ICON.
What is account and order?
This tab displays a list of all communications that have been sent to the customer as well as a history of changes to the customer's communication preferences.
What is History?
This section of the Order Tracker identifies the date the order was placed/submitted.
What is Order Received?
These two customer documents can be resent to the customer.
What is Patient Consent and Marketing Consent?
This type of alert requires a resolution or action to make the alert disappear. For example, there is an issue with the order.
What is actionable?
This link displays a history of changes to the customer's communication preferences.
What is Preferences?
The Processing section of the Order Tracker houses these three sub-steps.
What is Insurance Verification, Medical Documentation and Prior Authorization?
The Prior Authorizations tab displays this information. Name at least two.
What is:
Prior Authorization tasks
HCPC associated with the Prior Authorization tasks
Prior Authorization start and end date
Approving entity of the Prior Authorization
This type of alert does not require action by an agent to disappear. For example, the patient consent form is needed.
What is informational?
This tab displays objections or grievances for this customer account.
What is Complaints?
Sub-steps that are being worked by Order Processing display this status.
What is In Progress?
The Physician Interaction tab displays this information. Name at least two.
What is:
Date authorization was completed
Status of the physician interaction task
HCPC code associated with the authorization
Qty & supply period associated with the auth.
This action takes you to the location in the system where the alert can be resolved.
What is clicking the alert?
These are the four possible communication methods a customer may choose.
What is phone, email, text and mail?
Sub-steps that have not started yet, but are still required, display this status.
What is Future?
This link navigates you to OnBase to view the documents entered into ICON for this customer account.
What is View All Documents?
