The meal plan is a prescription. It includes 4 meals- breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner.

What is the mellow plan?
Taking a break from physical activity and focusing on staying mellow.
What might change in the kitchen?
No cooking/baking or seeing family members prepare the meals.
