What is the off-duty social media policy?

Employees may maintain their own personal websites, and social networking sites.  Employees may maintain personal websites on their own time using their own equipment.  Employees must ensure that social media activity does not interfere with their work.  In general, the company considers social media activities to be personal endeavors, and employees may use them to express their thoughts or promote their ideas.  Employees may NOT post on a personal blog or webpage or participate in social media for personal purposes during work time or at any time with CREOKS equipment or property.
