Initiate and maintain ongoing communication with the potential sponsor and sponsor's household, as appropriate;

The child's potential sponsor clearly presents a risk of abuse, maltreatment, exploitation, or trafficking, to the child based on all available objective evidence.

Parent or legal guardian. This includes qualifying step-parents that have legal or joint custody of the child or teen.

A notarized letter from a landlord on the business stationary of the real property owner confirming the sponsor’s address; and

If a care provider determines that a sponsor or prospective sponsor has been the target of a fraud attempt, the care provider must report the incident to ORR through a _____________ and to local law enforcement.
CLE (Child Level Event)
Entering the sponsor information initiates the sponsor vetting process, and thus must be completed as soon as practical but
not more than 4 hours after receiving the information, or the next morning if received after 9 pm.

In the event fingerprints are required by policy (e.g. the sponsor is category 2B or 3, the child is vulnerable, or high risk, a home study is required, or the sponsors public records background check is not cleared the Unification Specialist assists the potential sponsor, adult household members), and/or the adult caregiver in scheduling a fingerprint appointment at a digital fingerprint site to occur within
3 business days of receiving the signed Authorization for Release of Information (ARI) and government-issued photo ID
The child has a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (42 U.S.C. § 12102) and requires particularized services or treatment;

ORR national call center
Conducts interviews with the child's family, child's caregiver, and sponsor's neighbors to complete this process, as specified in UC MAP Section 2.2.4, to inform their finding that the potential sponsor and child have a bona-fide social relationship.
Case Manager
The potential sponsor is seeking to sponsor an unrelated child who is 12 years or under.
