What is Performance Matters?
As the smallest unit in OSA, this unit supports the district in the use and implementation of the Performance Matters platform.
Who is the Assessment and Data Management unit?
Since 2018, the ADM team has designed and delivered an all-day professional learning sessions to help these staff create items and build assessments in PM.
Who are Teachers?
Commonly referred to as the basement or the wine cellar, this is the room number where three of the four OSA units are located.

The MCPS Procurement team oversees this process, which is commonly known as the RFP.

As the largest unit in OSA, this unit oversees the important task of compiling the Evidence of Learning data to be imported in PM.

Although this may be the number of days you would like to be on vacation, since the adoption of PM, the ADM team offers targeted district staff training for this many days on how to understand PM and write items and assessments .

Erika's oldest son will be in 2nd grade and this is also the school year in which the NEW data analytics platform will be fully implemented.

Who are the OSA Office Assistants?
On-going collaboration is the key, these are two of the district OCIP teams that ADM trains, troubleshoots issues for, and supports 24/7.

SOS!! Tech issues with PM? you and anyone in the district can submit a ticket, which the ADM team responds to from this system.
What is the Help Desk?
In 2018, five of the leading education technology companies came together as part of this company, who was awarded the data analytics platform RFP for MCPS at the May 10th BOE meeting.
What is Illuminate Education?
When schools contact the ADM team about duplicate student IDs in PM, this OSA unit helps save the day!
Who is the Central Records unit?
After the Standard Setting Committee reviews EOL assessments to determine cut scores, the ADM team sets these and applies colors for each assessment in PM.
What are Performance Bands?
This Benchmark content team has their data migrated to PM during the school year for EOL, but this summer the ADM team is working to build their summer assessments in PM.
