1. Listen - listening helps you take a moment to explore your surroundings. It is a gift given to be able to learn about the world around you and lead you in a positive direction away from gossip.

2. Watch - watch those around you and be helpful where you can be.

3. Learn - learn about cultures, build relationships, and be informed. Acquire knowledge and become a knowledge keeper.

4. Respect - you need to respect others as well as yourself. Body, mind and spirit.

5. Love - once you love yourself you can open your heart to others. When you are filled with love and compassion you can share that with others.
