What is the 1st and 2nd Commandments?

What is the 1st Commandment of the Church?
1. "You shall attend Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation."
What is sin?
Sin is a willful fault against the Law of God.

Original sin is that sin which we inherit from our first parents, Adam and Eve.

What is venial sin?
Venial sin is thinking, desiring, saying, doing, or failing to do something against the Law of God in matters of less importance.

3– Firm purpose of amendment.
What is sanctifying grace?
Sanctifying grace is a divine gift, that makes us children of God and heirs of Heaven.

7. Thou shall not steal.
8. Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
What is the 4th Commandment of the Church?
4. "You shall observe the prescribed days of fasting and abstinence."
What is mortal sin?
Mortal sin is thinking, desiring, saying, doing, or failing to do something against the Law of God in grievous matters.
What is the 4th step?
4– Confess all the sins.

9. Thou shall not covet thy neighbor's wife.
