This Registrar team ensures course descriptions, prerequisites, and program requirements are accurate and aligned across systems.
What is the Curriculum Alignment and Data Management team?
This is determined by dividing the sum of the grade points by the sum of the attempted credit hours.
What is the Grade Point Average (GPA)?

What are verification questions?
No later than 20 business days after the conferral date.
When does the physical diploma get mailed to the conferred student?

What is the Academic Evaluation?
Taking 12 credits per trimester, regardless of how those credits are distributed across terms.
What is being considered full-time?
This is put in place by a student to make sure NO information (including knowledge of the student) is shared with others.
What is Full FERPA privacy?
No later than 10 business days after the conferral date.
When will the conferral show on a transcript?
Two or more courses that a student can't receive credit for more than once.
What are equated courses?
The grade assigned when a student stops participating in graded activities prior to completing 60% of the term.
What is an Unearned F (UF) grade?
General information such as name, address, major, and enrollment status that does not relate to a specific student's academic records and may be released without a FERPA on file.
What is Directory Information?
Impact of having a balance on being conferred and receiving a diploma.
What is "no impact"?
The formal university review process in which curriculum is proposed and approved.
What is Academic Governance?
This can be requested by a student as proof of enrollment at SNHU, which can help with housing and insurance. The Records team in the Registrar's Office currently completes approximately 1500 of these per month.
What are Enrollment Verifications?
Confidential information such as grades, GPA, date of birth, and number of credits earned that CANNOT be released withoug written consent from the student.
What is Non-Directory Information?
At least 60 institutional credits are needed in order to achieive this.
