No talking while the teacher is talking. Walking quietly in line. Using nice words.

Talk to a friend, write in a journal, do something that makes you feel good.
How should you keep your desk?
Organized.

Schedule change, school closed, a new person in school.

Break corner, bedroom.
How can you handle distractions while you are doing homework?
Find a quiet place to work alone, turn off tv, and radio
