NO FEES – Meta does not charge fees for donations made to non-profits.
Non-profit has to be listed on Meta to be able to receive donations – Meta Pages (API Fundraisers), Meta Posts.
FR Creator doesn’t benefit from the funds raised.
This product has payments and risk workflow.
What is the payout schedule for PPGF, which country, and how does reporting work for them?
Payout: Payments are made 15-45 days after the date of donation.
Report: Report provided by PPGF

What is a birthday fundraiser?
A Birthday FR is when a user chooses a NP to represent on their birthday, to collect donations.
How many countries are eligible to create fundraisers for nonprofits and/or are able to donate to fundraisers?
Users in 44 countries are able to create fundraisers for nonprofits.
Users in 45 countries are able to donate to fundraisers.
What is the payout schedule for PPGF, the countries, and how does reporting work for them?
Payout: Payout: 90 Days / Monthly (only if enrolled)
Report: Only if they are enrolled

Payout: ~10 days after the end of a given accrual period
Report: Multi-day reports and Payout reports

What is the DAF Charities tool?
DAF Charities - The list with all the charities that are not onboarded (NFG and PPGF). You need the EIN (Charity Name / Charity Page ID / EIN) to find the specific non-profit.
What is Meta Pay?
Meta Pay is where all transactions are housed on a user's Meta account, including all receipts for donations.
What is the outcome, if a FRC created a FR for the wrong NP?
The funds are still sent to that NP, unless the donor reaches out for a refund.
What is Giving Season?
Giving Season is a global giving movement built by individuals and communities in the US and in countries around the world.
What is GuideStar?
Guidestar is not a payment processor it is a central database for all US nonprofits
Meta uses Guidestar information to verify a nonprofit’s IRS standing and also pulls information like their mission statement for use in our creation flows.
