What is the cell phone policy in our school? For staff? For students?
Staff- should only be used during scheduled breaks, lunches and preps. In case of an emergency or event, permission from the principal is required to have their phone on during the day.

Can students bring pets to school?
Yes, if it is approved by the building principal prior. Also, it is for a short visit not for extended periods of time.

When can students arrive and be supervised, eat breakfast and go into the school?
Supervision starts outside at 7:50 a.m. Students who eat breakfast can go inside at 7:50 a.m. Doors open at 8:00 a.m. and school starts at 8:10 a.m.

On the bulletin board in the workroom. Make sure you sign up one time for each semester.

5:30 a.m. or the previous night before 9:00 p.m.

Is it ok for substitutes to use your computer password to log in?
No, they should use the sub password that was given out and in your sub folders.

Who is responsible for filling out monthly milk sheets?
The classroom teacher and Mrs. Glasgow (Linda) will be working together to make sure the milk slips are accurate. Linda will be marking monthly milk sheets.

What is the procedure to have a student consult?
Meet with the title, math or special ed teacher to discuss student's need. Together come up with an intervention for the classroom teacher to try for 4 weeks or so. If still having concerns, fill out the student consult and give to Mrs. Kamrath

Is it ok to leave a door prompt or unlocked?
NEVER. Staff should use their fobs to get in and open a door for students who need to get in. Visitors or volunteers should enter door 1 to sign in first and sign out.

Is it ok for students to share each other's lunch? Why?
No, you never know who is allergic to a type of food.

One more family night, or a PTO event will be enough to complete the 5 hours.

Notify the office and ask for assistance. Make sure Mrs. Kamrath is aware of the situation so she can deal with it right away.
