Type of vote where the chair reads a list of all member states to hear their vote

Type of debate where each delegation takes turns speaking

Remaining time is offered to these entities
What is The Chair and Another Country?
The Chair will recognize the Sponsors for 3-5 minutes, during which the Sponsors may discuss the resolution at length and/or yield to points of information
What are Sponsors Rights?
Prompts voting procedure on a draft resolution or amendment

Type of vote where a delegation asks to revise the vote and requires speakers for and against

Type of debate where each speaker determines the next speaker

What is Point of Personal Privelege?
Order of the Council Roadmap (Hint bc this one is harder: The order has 6 parts)
What is Plenary, General Debate, Working Papers, Draft Resolutions, Amendments, and Voting?
Requires 1/8 of countries (minimum of 2) for a change to a resolution to be brought to the Council for reconsideration
What is Motion to Introduce an Amendment?
For informing the Chair that the state raising the point wishes to change their vote, only after substantive votes
What is Point of Reconsideration?
Type of informal debate allowed during a suspension of the rules wherein specified delegates may address delegate questions
What is a Q and A?
The Chair asks if there are any questions for the speaker. Questions are then directed to the Chair, who asks the speaker whether they accept the questions. Delegates may not make statements, only ask questions. This can clarify or challenge a speaker's argument.
