What is a PAF is what notifies corporate admin when employees position or job title changes, rate of pay changes, benefit eligibility status changes (pt less than 30 hrs, ft is more than 30 hrs) pto accrual policy changes (less than 20, 20-35, 35+) and/or work status changes (Active, LOA hr approved leave of absence) PAF must be filled out when one of these changes occurs, no one from corporate will reach and if we forget to do this an employee can miss out on vital benefits. PAF should  be filled out immediately for position or job title changes, rate of pay changes, and work status changes.
