Everyone must go if mandatory. If not mandatory, only those who are not on LOP can go.

Physical Aggression of Violence= 2 weeks
Substance Abuse= 3 weeks (ZERO TOLERANCE)

If agree to drug test = 1 week
If refuses the drug test= 3 weeks
LOP is extended for 24hrs if not served
