The following are examples of what will be considered an inappropriate call out:

Not submitting a call out form in a proper timeframe

Proper timeframes: When you believe you will be late or before your shift is over (Late), before your shift begins (Partial Call Out), before the end of the business day (Full Call Out)

Arriving after the start of your shift with no call out form submitted

Calling out for an exam

Calling out or arriving late due to a meeting with a professor or university administrator
