Maria is a senior colleague with several years of experience. She has been helping roll out a firm proprietary asset to two different clients, for which she has accountability for the overall operations and financial management of the asset.

This pathway has individuals that spend short stints on cases with consultants, ranging from days to even just a few hours.
What is C&I?
This pathway requires a minimum of 3 years of industry experience – individuals who have “been there done that” and understand client challenges based on pragmatic problem solving.
What is Implementation?
Pierre is an engineer by trade. Within this pathway, he works on an agile team with other PMs, engineers and designers to build technical products for a client, and he collaborates closely with a Solution Leader.

This pathway includes deployments that can take months or years and individuals usually sit side by side with the client.
