C-Diff- Disposable can be located in STOP Closet or in Physical Therapy, they are grey.
When can a patient attempt to get up from the floor after a fall?
First priority is to assess the patient for any obvious injuries and discover what happened, including from the patient's perspective when possible
A. A post fall assessment will be performed by a licensed RN/PT/OT/SLP appropriate to their clinical scope of practice and any obvious injuries or change in status must be thoroughly evaluated. If the assessment is outside the scope of practice of the licensed staff present at the time of the fall, assistance will be requested from the appropriate clinician.

E. The interdisciplinary team will determine the need for revision of a patients fall prevention interventions.

Pink is independent outside the room, orange is independent in the room.

ON the wheelchair, walker or mobility device.
Is the chuck pad an approved transfer device to boost someone in bed?
NO
What gets put on the patient door after a fall?
Pink /Fushia Fall sign- Pink slap band on chair and pink arm band.

After you transfer the patient, what was written before on the communication tool is not how the patient performs, what do you do?
Update STOP Sign based on your experience.
