If a company is operating on a fiscal year that is different from the calendar year. If they wanted data for the entirety of the fiscal year or over multiple years they potentially would have to run multiple reports and then merge them in Excel. Our system can do this in one step.
What is cross-year reporting? Bonus Question - Why is this more difficult to do if a prospect is using ADP/Paychex/Ceridian. This is difficult because they have multiple databases for Payroll/HR/TLM. In addition ADP purges data and Paychex archives it, which makes the process of pulling data more involved.
