What is missed appointments?
This is the name of the location that the client's account must be set under when having a device shipped to their home.

This payment method is not accepted at LMG.
What is American Express?
This is the day that the client will have a payment automatically drafted from their bank account.

This kind of shop does not have equipment to calibrate a device at the service center and do not utilize any schedule.
What is a CNG shop?
This must be done in order to figure out how much a client has to pay for their services.
What is a Mock Invoice?
A payment made directly to the contractor at a Monitor, Reset, or Installation appointment.
What is Direct Pay (DP)?
A client must be charged this fee when they reach the Collections status.
What is the $100 Unit recovery fee?
This fee may not be charged when a client orders a Monitor device if there is a note on the account.

This is the Calibration Service Fee charged at Sound Waves service center in Brick, New Jersey.

This LMG Fee is NOT included in AutoPay for Washington ordered clients.
What is WSP Fee?
This department can assist the client with a payment arrangement if the client is going to continue on with the program.

This fee must be charged if the client pays for their Monitor device after the lockout date.
What is the late payment fee?
This state fee is charged at Monitor service in the state of Virginia.
