What do I do if someone is working at my store from another location?
Enter the employee in Aloha and 7Shifts. Make sure they clock in when they come in for their shift. Add a note when you turn in payroll they worked at your store.
Who gets the tips if a busser does come in for the night?
No one! TipHaus is now automatically set up to have servers tip out whoever is clocked in.
What is our paycycle?
Bi-weekly. Wednesday-Tuesday
What happens if a salaried employee has time in 7shifts?
You delete it out. That overrides their salary in ADP.

ADP app under taxes
What do I do if my employee did not clock out?
Correct their time in Aloha as soon as possible
What happens if there is no to-go person?
Clock-in whoever you want the tips to be split amongst for one minute

An employee says they got paid the wrong rate what do you do?
First check their rate on their paycheck if that is incorrect then look at Aloha and make sure it is corrected. Contact payroll and let them know of the issue to make corrections.

Remove them from Aloha, 7shifts and ADP...also BAND
How much is the credit card tip reduction fee?
What can be deducted from a check without the employee being made aware of it?
Only child support. Everything else requires the employee's consent. (benefits, advances, etc.)
When is it okay for managers to collect tips?
Never. A Manager should never collect tips. AM Managers are truly not managers and should not write people up.
