In a classic class when is the last time you demo at your spot?
Scenario!
A prospect comes to take their 1st class, you ask at the beginning of class if they have any injuries and they tell you no.
Mid way through class you start to notice they are really struggling with the core work. You approach them and start to offer modifications, they then begin to tell you that they recently just had major abdominal wall surgery and they are NOT allowed to do any upper core work. How would you handle?!

You do NOT provide HOCs during the tube stretch, but can provide additional support once they have rolled up.

Heavy tailbone is always used for thighs (except waterski) & tuck your hips under is always used in seat (except pretzel)
How many quarters are you allowed to use Empower choreo for?
The previous quarter and the current quarter!
For profile set-ups where do you demo and do you mirror?
What is the flow/formula of a classic class?
Warm-up, Weight Work, Thigh 1, Thigh 2, Thigh 3, Thigh stretch, Seat side 1, Seat side 2, Core Focus, Ab 1, Abs 2, Abs 3, Back Extension, Back Dancing, Stretch
Pregnant clients who do not want to lay on their back during Classic Back Dancing, where can they take their back-dancing series?! (DEMO required)

You are scheduled to teach a Saturday 8:15am class. You wake-up and realize it's 8:13am and you live 20 minutes away! WHAT DO YOU DO?!
