How can you show scholarship during arrival?
Either by bringing all materials with you to school, or by getting all your materials from your locker and going directly to first hour.
What is a way you can demonstrate self-awareness during arrival/departure?
You can remove your hats, hoods, bandannas, headphones, and earbuds as you enter the building and keep them off and away during the school day. You can also go directly home, to your supervised activity, or your bus after school.
What is one way you can show school pride upon entering/leaving school?
You can show school pride by turning off and storing electronic devices in your locker, leaving coats and full size backpacks in your locker, and by going directly to your 1st hour or designated activity/home/bus (if after school).
What is one way you can demonstrate service during arrival or departure?
Why should students be in the building after school?
Only if they are part of a supervised activity.
What should you do with your electronic devices when you get to school?
Power them down and store them in a locker.
You see trash on the floor upon walking out for the school day, what should you do?
Pick it up and throw it away.
You see a staff member you really dislike walking in and struggling with an armful of stuff, what do you do?
Be the bigger person, and offer to help them.

Bright Futures, sports, clubs, tutoring, or detention are examples of supervised activities.

Help them! Even if you don't like them or know them. Treat them how you would like to be treated.
