I work with your primary care provider as part of the team to come up with the best treatment plan for you.  With your provider I can start, stop, and adjust your medications based off of labs and monitoring.

When someone loses their house or their apartment when they've been sick for a really long time and haven’t been able to work, I help them. It’s my job get them healthcare and to find them a safe place to live while getting healthy.

I call patients on the phone and talk about medical tests that might be helpful for them. By reaching out to patients to have some tests done before they actually get sick, we can help keep people healthier.

I send a bill to the insurance company so that PCHC gets paid for the work we do. That money pays the people who work here, for our tools, office buildings, and supplies.

They are doctors who specialize in caring for children from when they're born all the way up to their teenage years. They help keep kids healthy by doing check-ups, giving vaccinations to protect against diseases, and treating them when they're not feeling well. They also answer questions about growing up, like how to eat healthy and stay active.

 I sterilize all dental equipment and instruments, like all the things that get put in your mouth! I dispose of hazardous materials and make sure that everything is clean and safe.

My title is Prescription Refill Specialist, what do you think I do?

I help make sure your prescriptions are refilled on time so you don’t run out of important medicines. I will also send reminders to your doctor if a prescription needs to be updated.

My title is Dental Hygienist, what do you think I do?

They're experts at cleaning teeth, removing plaque and tartar, and teaching us how to keep our smiles sparkly clean. They also check for problems like cavities and gum disease during our check-ups, take X-rays to see what's happening beneath the surface, and apply fluoride to make our teeth stronger and protect against cavities.
