Each of the different values refers to how people need to act as a member of this company and each of the different values are supposed to be taken personally by all employees. If everyone takes our values personally in everything they do, like PCMB leadership there could be a situation on a job site where someone forgets to attach the harness correctly but because a fellow worker understood that as a PCMB leader they are obligated to ensure safety of themselves and others on a job site, comes over and shows the confused worker how to correctly use the harness.
