Would apply a pressure bandage - wrap around site, mark site with pen/sharpie, wrap down the end of limb, covering all of it, then wrap back up to the body. Making sure it is relatively tight but not going to cut off circulation. Need to keep limb immobilised - not moving. Use a splint if possible. Call 000 and get an ambulance as soon as possible.
