Yes we do cover it for comprehensive policy, however XS applies as it’s a non-recoverable claim. For third party policies we do not cover this.

As per PDS General exclusion page 22 - We don’t cover mechanical/electrical damage. We can lodge for consideration to be review if the cause of damage is in relation to any of what we covered then it's up to the assessors if we cover this or not. Customer just need to send a electrical or mechanical report and assessor will review it.

Under the PDS General Exclusion page 22 we do not cover Electronic breakdown or failure. If this is caused by the manufacturing itself there is a chance that we cannot cover this.
If OI purchased a Comprehensive Basic and he/she upgrade to Comprehensive how long it will change or update the policy?
Customer can change their policy anytime. So they just need to contact S&S and they will change it - additional fees may apply
