Re-admission is when a client has been discharged (any type of DC) and is re-admitting to treatment
How many total session are included for a client in the PHP program within a week's time?
5 group sessions 5 times a week and 2 individual counseling sessions
What is the difference between a case consult and a case presentation?
Case consult is completed with an updated treatment plan then presented at clinical within the week the tx was completed / due
Case presentation is utilized in weeks between tx plan updates to discuss positive UDS screenings, discharges, life stories, issues or advice needed
