When does daylight savings time happen?
Sunday November 1st! People usually set their clocks back one hour so they get an extra hour of sleep.
On Sunday March 14th, we will move the clocks forward one hour and lose an hour of sleep.
"Spring forward, fall behind" is how people can remember this.
