If the user incorrectly enters a passcode 5 times, the passcode will become locked and it means that the user will be unable to attempt to enter another passcode and thus, unable to log into the PSW. The user will need to contact their SCS Rep to unlock passcode on PSW. As an SCS Rep what will you do or how will you unlock the passcode?
1. Verbally Authenticate
2. On the Manage Password page, the CAR can view detailed information regarding the last time a passcode email was sent, the number of resent passcode emails, and the number of invalid passcode attempts.
