A customer's stove will turn on and feed pellets but the blower that comes on first will not come on. Besides cleaning, this is what we should instruct our customers to do.

Figure out of it is normally open or closed (Almost all would be NO). Then with a multimeter test for continuity across the terminals when the arm is in its natural resting place and make sure it is correct. Then press the arm down and make sure you get the opposite readying than before.
If a QF 1200 has no response when turned on, no call light, these are 3 of the possible issues.
What are no 115 VAC to stove, blown fuse, bad #3 Snap disc, damaged or disconnected wire, or bad control box?

What is to sense the temperature in the combustion chamber and report it to the control board? THe control board will then shut the stove off it the temp is too low or too high.
When recommending a new Enviro control board to a customer it is important to have them double-check this feature first.
