Bike+ has power issues. TS will not power on. What are the steps that we take?
Check connections to brake, power cycle, connect power box to TS, and power that on. Listen for brake magnet noises with the power cycle.
Tread+ has power issues mid-workout/at the breaker. What is the likely diagnosis? What do we do to troubleshoot?
The Tread/Tread+ may not be plugged into a dedicated circuit. Ask the Member to locate their breaker box and turn off the breaker leading to their Tread/Tread+. If any other appliances or lights shut off, they are sharing the same circuit and the Tread/Tread+ should be relocated.
