We have been stabilizing our workforce through increased recruitment and investment in the float pool. We will continue to monitor and invest as required.

How many corporate mandatory modules are employees required to complete through the LMS annually
There are now 8 corporate mandatory modules, reduced from 19. Our team has worked hard to streamline the requirements and continues to collaborate with Professional Practice to further reduce modules and offer more Lunch & Learns, in-services, and drop-in education sessions to support different learning styles and preferences.
