How do you handle a candidate who withdraws prior to their hire date?
1. Inform the TA so they can disposition the candidate in Workday.
2. If background is in process, inform Sterling to close the file.
3. If background has been sent to WFA for review, inform WFA to close the file.
What is a candidate waiver used for?
The candidate signs a waiver when they have not fully cleared background and WFA approves them to start on contingency. Used primarily for PA and county court delays.
The hiring manager wants you to schedule an interview tomorrow for 9:30am CST. The candidate is available anytime beginning at 9:00am EST. What is the earliest time you could propose that will work for both parties (in CST)?

If possible, Undo Move to Hire (and TA dispositions candidate). If Undo Move option is no longer available, inform TA Systems team. If I-9 is already completed but candidate did not start - inform the I-9 specialist to delete the record. *Even when the candidate is a no-show, upload the pre-hire docs in PeopleDoc.
How does a TAC order RN licensure verification?
In Sterling, create an Ala Carte order for credentialing verification.
